Are you considering getting professional Google Ads Management or Meta (Facebook) Ads Management? These are some of the most common questions our clients have when considering getting started. These questions help you understand more about how our processes work, and what you can expect from working with us.

  • How do you determine what the best strategy would be for my particular business/industry/niche?

    Our team has many years of experience working with hundreds of businesses in the digital space. We consider your specific business model, industry, niche, competitors to get a high level understanding of the business. We then discuss your goals, overall sales process and customer journey to develop a specific strategy that will work to achieve your goals and objectives. 

  • What kind of research do you do to determine who my main competitors are?

    Usually, our clients have a good idea of who their main competitors are, or companies that are aligned with them so we use this intel to research who they are, what they do in the digital space and any competitive edges you may have over them. If you have existing campaigns, we review your auction insights report to identify active competitors. We also conduct a Google Search, and may utilise other tools to find other competitors if necessary.

  • What is your process for setting up campaigns and ads?

    We'll work with you to understand your goals and objectives to develop a strategy for your campaigns. Once we know the path forward, we'll draft up campaigns and send everything over for you to review before going live.

  • How are your rates and fees structured?

    We have a setup fee and a monthly management fee that is due at the end of your first month (and every month thereafter). 

  • Am I locked into a fixed term?

    We don't have any lock in contracts, however we do recommend a minimum of three to six months to get the best results possible. Each client is different, and the length of time we recommend for you will vary based on your business lifecycle stage and your goals and objectives.

  • Do you suggest a minimum spend per month on campaigns/ads?

    We know what we can expect for certain budgets. The more budget you have the more reach or traffic you are going to get. We can provide a budget recommendation based on your business and campaign types. Budgets will depend on your financial capacity, cash flow, how aggressive you want to be so we work with you based on these factors. We also very mindful of cash flow position and would rather work with a budget you can sustain over a longer period of time, as you really do need to invest in ads for 3-6 months to start getting the best results. 

  • How often do you monitor my campaigns and ads?

    In the early stages of a campaign going live, we are monitoring the campaigns every day or so to make sure they are running as expected. Once things are in motion we do weekly checks and updates where required. This frequency will increase if there are specific campaigns that need to go live at specific dates, etc.

  • How often do you provide updates on campaigns and ads?

    We provide weekly updates, and it may be more frequent if there are certain issues we are working through or specific changes that need to be made. These are direct from your client manager. You'll also get a monthly review which will look at monthly results and strategies for the next period.

  • How often do you provide reports on my campaigns and ads?

    You get weekly and monthly reports which cover the key stats for the week and month prior.

  • How quickly do you typically begin to see results?

    There is no correct answer to this as every business is different. There are too many variables to be able to answer this however we recommend 3-6 months investment as a minimum to get the best results.

  • How do you keep the cost per conversion competitive?

    We closely monitor the costs per conversion. There are many factors that affect your cost per conversion within a campaign including campaign type, bidding strategy and campaign objectives. We will work with you to work towards your desired cost per conversion. If we aren't able to achieve this we will consult with you to determine the best strategy forward.
